Patent Card

Patent Card is a technical document, which contains information about the importance of innovation according to the requirements of patent law.

This document can be used in cases concerning the implementation of innovative object in Ukraine or to the foreign countries in particular:

• For the technical documentation transfer to foreign countries;
• For exhibiting for the purpose of participation in international exhibitions;
• For taking part in the international fairs;
• For the purposes of capital construction;
• For exporting products;
• For selling licenses;
• For the participation of tenders.

The Patent Card based on a patent search. Based on the searching results a decision made on conformity of the investigated object to the patent law.

Patent researches are conducted in accordance with DSTU-3575. The Patent Card displays information about the level of the techniques on the date of the last in the chronology of sources of information on the industrial property objects.
